Our Core Programme Areas

We facilitate the formation and strengthening of Child Protection Committees (CPCs) to ensure safe, nurturing environments for children. These committees act as grassroots watchdogs, promoting child rights and preventing abuse through community vigilance and school-based engagement.

Through multilingual campaigns and interactive sessions, we demystify the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act. Our goal is to empower children, parents, teachers, and local leaders with legal literacy and protective mechanisms.

We conduct comprehensive safety audits in schools and develop customized training modules for educators and staff. These modules address physical safety, psychosocial well-being, and emergency preparedness, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Our mobile health camps provide essential medical services in underserved regions, while our mental health outreach offers counseling, trauma support, and awareness sessions—especially for children and elders affected by displacement, disaster, or neglect.

We train local communities in disaster preparedness, early warning systems, and climate resilience. By integrating indigenous knowledge and scientific tools, our CBDRR approach builds local capacity to respond to floods, cyclones, and other hazards.

Our gender equity workshops challenge stereotypes and promote inclusive practices across institutions. We engage youth, community leaders, and frontline workers in dialogue and action to dismantle barriers and foster gender-sensitive development.

We nurture young changemakers through leadership labs, civic engagement drives, and volunteer networks. Our programmes equip youth with advocacy skills, ethical leadership tools, and platforms to co-create solutions for their communities.

We strengthen local institutions through tailored capacity-building sessions, participatory planning, and resource localization. From Panchayat bodies to grassroots NGOs, we support actors in designing culturally resonant, SDG-aligned interventions.
