About EAction
Building resilient, inclusive communities through compassionate action and sustainable development.
Our Story
In the wake of the 2020 pandemic and the devastation caused by Cyclone Amphan, a group of committed social development professionals came together with a shared purpose—to respond to the urgent needs of vulnerable communities across West Bengal. What began as an informal collective soon evolved into Endorse Action, a name chosen to reflect our belief that meaningful development work deserves recognition and endorsement by society itself.
Driven by compassion and a deep sense of responsibility, our team worked tirelessly across the Sundarbans and the Northern Hills and Foothills of the Himalayan region, focusing on the most marginalized: vulnerable children and the elderly. These early efforts laid the foundation for a more structured and sustainable approach to community empowerment.
By 2025, with years of grassroots engagement and impact behind us, we formally registered as Endorse Action Trust—a step that marked our transition from an informal initiative to a legally recognized organization. Today, we continue to uphold our founding values of dignity, inclusion, and resilience, working hand-in-hand with communities to build pathways of hope and transformation.
